Cancellation
If cancelled more than 4 weeks from the scheduled arrival time, the full amount will be refunded. If an advance notice of 2 to 4 weeks prior to arrival date is given, then 1/2 of the rental amount will be refunded. If less than 2 weeks notice if given, then there will be no refund. If the reserved time that will be cancelled can be rented, then the amount refunded will be based on the amount of rent received from the second renter.
