Launch the two man kayak at our private dock, or walk next door to MARINA VALLARTA and view the array of sail and power yachts that visit Puerto Vallarta every year. Marina Vallarta hosts excellent restaurants, shopping, or, a DAY ON THE BAY charter can be booked for you. . Fishing charters , sailing charters, power boat, whale watching charters, or even a ponga (small boat) for the day are all available. Two very popular and beautiful golf courses are near by. The large swimming pool awaits you. Take a short taxi ride to the heart of Puerto Vallarta for beautiful sight seeing, shopping and of course, more restaurants. Enjoy strolling the downtown Malecon and all the activity that makes this little city so special. Or, just do NOTHING, we will book an in house private SPA DAY. Or, lounge by the pool and read a good book. We are 5 quick minutes from the International Airport, yet quiet, clean, and a beautiful gem. Excellant Golf courses near by. Tour packages to San Sabastian Del Osete, quad mountain trip, rock climbing, horseback riding in this very quaint old silver mining village. Mexico inland tours can be set up. Day trips out on the bay to small seaside villages, accessible only by boat or panga. Fun day trip for families on the Maria Gallante pirate ship, (great for children of all ages) only 5 minutes to the boarding area from Villa Iguana. Active night life for adults, starts around 9:00 pm and goes until the sun comes up. We would be happy to reserve a fishing or sailing charter for you. River four wheel quad trips, horse mountain/trail riding trips, scuba diving tours, and great FISHING. Parasailing, traditional fiesta performance, shopping, or just stroll the malacon downtown.

What a beautiful home! We are so fortunate to have had the opportunity to come stay with such a wonderful hostess. The breakfast that we had every morning was nothing short of amazing. I think Debbie was a chef at a 5 star resort in a previous life!! Our room was very large with a nice sized private bathroom. We felt right at home weather we wanted to have some down time and catch up on a little news in the states or sit on the patio for hours enjoying the water and serenity. We also had the opportunity to take the kayak out and enjoy paddling around the marina and taking in all the beautiful boats. There is plenty to see and enjoy within walking distance safety was never an issue in the marina or in town. Downtown Puerto Vallarta is probably a 10 minute cab ride and about 50-60 pesos. Make sure to do the Rhythm of the Nights cruise/dinner. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!!!
