Our Siesta Key units have all the amenities you need for your vacation, including beach towels, chairs and umbrellas, water toys, and washer/dryers in Fisherman's Cove units, blow dryers, screened patios overlooking beach. Photos shown of our 5 Siesta Key vacation condos. Walk to restaurants. Minutes to Siesta Beach and Siesta Village. Rentals usually include all kitchen basics, i.e., starter supply of foil, paper towels, salt & pepper, trash bags, etc. Easy to reach family member/owner for any assistance needed. Siesta Key Sunset, Beach/Gulf Front Rentals Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
We accept PayPal for deposits and PayPal and checks for final payment. Checks are due 45 days prior to check-in. PayPal within 30 days of check-in.
$200 USD per week required to reserve unit. Deposits non-refundable. Preferably through PayPal.
If cancellations are necessary, all but $200 per week deposits will be refunded. Should the Key have a mandatory evacuation, because of storms, etc., we will refund a prorated portion of the weekly rate for each night you aren't able to spend in the unit.
Add sale and resort tax of 11% per week and one-time cleaning fee of $100.00. Additional nightly rates are prorated from weekly rates plus tax. Occasional 3 night minimum rates are listed at the nightly rates above and include tax and cleaning fees. Listed 4+ week rental rates include 5% discount depending on season and may be increased depending on season. 10% discount off of weekly rates for return Siesta Key Sunset renters.
