Siesta Key Sunset Family Rentals (a family-owned business) is proud to offer our 4 beach-front Fisherman's Cove Condominium units A113, A114, B102 and B306 at Siesta Key's Turtle Beach. We take great pride in our clean and affordable family condos. These fully-equipped condos are 2 bedroom, 2-bath fully-equipped condos that sleep up to 6 people with fully-equipped kitchens, heated pool, wireless internet, washer & dryer inside condo, free use of our canoe and 2 kayaks, plus much more. Nothing's better than stepping out of your condo onto the beach.

Boat slips available for up to 26' boat. Fishing off the piers and beach. Canoe and kayak(s) available included with rental. Walking distance to restaurants, heated pool, library and shuffleboard. Our Siesta Key units have all the amenities you need for your vacation, including beach towels, chairs and umbrellas, water toys, and washer/dryers in Fisherman's Cove units, blow dryers, screened patios overlooking beach. Photos shown of our 4 Siesta Key vacation condos. Walk to restaurants. Minutes to Siesta Beach and Siesta Village. Rentals usually include all kitchen basics, i.e., starter supply of foil, paper towels, salt & pepper, trash bags, etc. Easy to reach family member/owner for any assistance needed. Renters are always surprised at the great location and amenities provided. We take great pride in our condos and truly do our best to serve you and make your rental as comfortable and stress-free as possible.

Terms & Conditions of Siesta Key Sunset, Beach/Gulf Front Rentals

We accept PayPal (credit card) for deposits and PayPal and checks for final payment. Checks are due 45 days prior to check-in. PayPal within 30 days of check-in. Deposits
$300 USD per week required to reserve unit. Deposits non-refundable. Preferably through PayPal.

Cancellation
If cancellations are necessary, all but $300 per week deposit will be refunded. Should Siesta Key have a mandatory evacuation, because of storms, etc., we will refund a prorated portion of the weekly rate for each night you aren't able to spend in the unit.

& Taxes
Add sale and resort tax of 11.5% per week and one-time cleaning fee of $100.00. Additional nightly rates are prorated from weekly base rates plus tax. Occasional 3 night minimum rates are listed at the nightly rates above and include tax and cleaning fees. Listed 4+ week rental rates include 5% discount depending on season and may be increased depending on season. 10% discount off of weekly rates for returning Siesta Key Sunset renters except for March and April.
