The first story has a large living room with a double sided gas fireplace that looks into the dining room. The gourmet kitchen has every amenity to make your meals a pleasure. The indoor laundry room off the kitchen is big enough to use as a mud room for changing out of your clothing and is conveniently located across from the large 1/2 bathroom.

For the convenience of the early sleepers or late raisers the second story of this spacious Tahoe vacation rental is where the bedrooms are located.

The Master Suite, Master bath, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are beautifully decorated with fabulous bedding by Rachel Ashwells Boutique Line of Shabby Chic Original Vintage Florals, Bella Notte Sage & Burgundy Duvet sets and quality Woolrich Cool Blues and Wheat’s. The linens are New, not just fresh, of high thread count. The Towels are plentiful and new as well.

We will not accept any payments until the Rental Agreement has been signed and faxed to us. Reservations are not guaranteed until a deposit has been received. A deposit of 50% of the rent is required at time of booking to secure your reservation. The balance is due 30 days before arrival. If your reservation is less than 30 of arrival date you are required to pay the amount due in full to have a complete booking.

Property Damage and Missing Items:

Properties are subject to inventory prior to arrival and after guest departure. Guests will be responsible for any broken or missing items detected after guest departure. You will be notified and those charges will be itemized and charged from your security deposit authorization.



All cancellations must be made before 30 days prior to arrival. Any amounts paid toward your booking will not be returned if cancellation is within 30 days of arrival unless the house can be re-booked.
