1/2 of total rent is due to reserve with the remainder due 30 days before reservation. If reservation is made within 30 days of stay the full amount is due.
Cancellations & RefundsA refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate can be made if and only if property is re-rented.
If property is not re-rented:• Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to reservation will result in the forfeiture of your 50% deposit.• Cancellations within 30 days of reservation will result in the forfeiture of the entire rental amount. • No refunds are issued for cancellation of a holiday reservation (Dec. 23-Jan. 3) placed after November 15.• Guests staying 30 days or longer must cancel 120 days prior to reservation and will incur a penalty of $150.
All notice of cancellation must be in writing (no email).
Should the owner of any property elect to remove their property from our rental program, the guest shall not hold Great Vacation Retreats, LLC liable. In such an instance, the guest will be relocated to comparable accommodations determined by the rental agency. If comparable accommodations are not available, the guest will receive a full refund.
Great Vacation Retreats, LLC is not responsible for events beyond our control, e.g. inclement weather, maintenance issues.
