Only minutes from downtown Myrtle Beach and all the main attractions there if you choose. The airport and Coastal Grand Mall, South Carolina's biggest mall that opened in 2004. It replaced the older and smaller Myrtle Square Mall, four miles away near downtown Myrtle Beach. The mall houses nearly 130 specialty stores, store anchors, and a 14-screen Cinemark theatre.

This mall is the largest in the state of South Carolina and the newest in the city of Myrtle Beach. The decor of Coastal Grand is modeled after many different aspects of Myrtle Beach, including a sprawling boardwalk and a sandcastle on the beach (among many other architectural themes).

In addition to the obvious shopping that can be done here, Coastal Grand also hosts many events such as a mechanical bull riding tournament, a mall-wide masquerade ball, a heart ball (to raise money for the American Heart Association), a giant sand casle build-off and many other festivities. Even with its considerable size, this mall is very clean compared to other malls in the area.

There are numerous nearby beautiful golf courses that you can pick and choose from and several restaurants in Surfside and other excellent restaurants just a short drive away in Merle's Inlet.

This property has been recently re-carpeted, bathrooms have been re-floored and the kitchen has been updated. There is cable TV, a deck overlooking the swimming pool that has some shading. It is often very quiet enabling a relaxing time with friends and family.

There are 2 double beds and a full-size sleeper sofa that can accomodate a total of 5-6 persons.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a new refrigerator; there is an electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, and toaster. There is also a washer-dryer.
