The owners continue to invest here and in the last year installed 39 HDTV flat screen, small wall mounted HDTV flat screen in the guest bedroom, new pillow top king mattress and bed in the master bedroom, new bedroom furniture, new full/twin trundle bed in the guest room, new queen sleeper sofa and leather recliner in the family room! Guests will be comfortable here.
This Oceanside unit is well maintained and clean and furnished for comfort and convenience for the guest. Sleeps 6. A few hundred yards to the sand through our gated resort-like complex
You'll appreciate the thoughtful touches like the full size bed plus the pull out twin trundle in the guest bedroom, and the private attached bath to the same room. The wall mounted flat screen TVs in every room are perfect for your favorite sports or news - with cable included. The new pillow top king sized bed is perfect for a good night's sleep on vacation. Free high speed internet is yours too of course!
You'll enjoy the gas grill on your private garden view balcony while listening to the nearby waterfalls of our famed landscaping. Furthermore, you need only bring your food, clothes, bathing suits and sunscreen as we supply everything else you could want or need!
The kitchen is fully stocked and even has spices and such for your use. The gourmet or the take out expert will be equally pleased. Our dining table seats 6, just like the Oceanside unit sleeps so no one need balance their breakfast on their lap. There is a television with cable in each bedroom, as well as in the family room should you want to check the weather before heading out to explore the area, lounge by the pool, or surf at the beach. Just grab one of the new boogie boards, a beach towel, and the cooler and in 2 minutes you'll be in the water.
We supply some books and great family games so you can spend quality time with loved ones or peaceful time to yourself. We provide brochures and plenty of local information for you to explore the area and San Diego, and even include coupons when available to local attractions like Lego Land and the world famous San Diego Zoo.

With the exception of a few holiday weeks, this vacation rental is operated on an open calendar with a 3 night minimum. You arrive the day of your choosing, and depart the day of your choosing!

All cancellations are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival are subject to full forfeiture of rents. Guests concerned with cancellations are advised to purchase trip insurance.
