Playa Del Carmen Vacation Rental-Casa Sombra Verde Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
Check, Money order, or Cashiers Check are accepted. Pay Pal accepted with 4% additional commission charge.
A deposit of 30% of your total is required to secure your dates. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.An additional security deposit of $300.00 dollars will be required before occupancy. After inspection of the property, that money will be return to you via US mail no later than a week after your last day in our house.
Cancellations must be made 31 days prior to arrival date to receive a refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 31 days prior to arrival date will not receive a refund unless the home is re-booked for the same period.

I just want to let you know we had a great time in Playa del Carmen, the Sombra Verde house was precious and the cleaning staff was amazing. I was very impressed by the attentivness of Esperanza the property manager, she came by everyday to see how we were doing and to offer herself for anything we needed. She even brought us some pan dulce on the day of departure. She was excellent it was a pleasure to be guest in this property. I look forward to staying there again.

Casa Sombre Verde is a beautiful and peaceful home. We had everything our family needed to spend a precious week together.
We were so happy to relax and be together at home (and the beach) that we didn't stray very far to enjoy many other parts of the beautiful Rivera Maya. Hopefully we will be fortunate enough to return in the near future.

Casa Sombre Verde was wonderful -- a charming place with lots of room, on an unpaved street tucked into the back of a development, just footsteps from some Mayan ruins, one block from a nice beach, and a short walk into the heart of Playa del Carmen.
