Great care has been taken with the finish of this holiday house, handmade tiles and quality fittings to create a light airy atmosphere.Downstairs has open plan kitchen, dining and lounge entertainment areathat opens to the terrace and private pool area. 2 large bedrooms aredownstairs, all bedrooms have hand made built in wardrobes, plenty ofstorage. The two charming guest bathrooms look out onto an enclosedtropical garden. Outside is a laundry,drying area and storage room .There is nothing like this house in Puerto Morelos.
The stairs at the front of the house take you to the upstairs mastersuite. The office/studio area is a large bright room which could beused for additional accommodation (futon folds out for 2) and opens out onto a large terrace. The master bedroom is complete with a litdomed ceiling and opens to the terrace with a water feature andadjoins a large bathroom with bath and separate shower.
It really is a most elegant house suitable for full timeresidence or vacation rental.
