FROM THE SOUTH

Get onto I-95 N toward JacksonvilleTake the SR-206 Exit (#305) heading East (right)Continue on 206 until it “T’s” into A1ATurn left on A1A heading NorthGo approximately 3 milesTurn Right into Colony Reef Club

From I-95 S toward Daytona take the SR-16 Exit (#318) heading East (left)



Continue on SR-16 until US-1 (you will go over RR Tracks shortly before US-1)

Head South (right) on US-1

Go approximately 5 miles

Turn left onto SR-312 ( you will pass Home Depot on your left Shortly before SR-312) Go Over the bridge - through a light - at the next light (A1A / SR3) Take a Right onto A1A South.

Go approximately 4 miles

After going through the next A1A / SR3 light (Winn Dixie on your right),

Stay in the left lane and turn into Colony Reef Club for check-in. Continue through the gate and take the first right to our main office.

Colony Reef Club Rental Policies

CANCELLATION: 30 days notice is required prior to your arrival date for your deposit to be refunded. Winter reservations require a 30 day notice. A $25 handling fee is non-refundable. Natural disasters, acts of God, inclement weather or other problems could affect your vacation. We will do our best to accommodate you should a problem occur, but we cannot refund any portion of your rent.

Cancellations within 14 days of arrival date and no-shows will be charged the full rental rate. Please remember your confirmation holds that unit in your name, therefore removing it from the available rental inventory.

No Pets Allowed!

Alcoholic beverages may be consumed in your condo or on your patio, but not in any public area of Colony Reef Club.
