The entrance to the complex is on the East side of the main road Calle Pastor Diaz just one block to the Ocean and walking distance to all restaurants and shops of downtown Jaco Beach. The Jaco complex is gated and manned 24 / 7. There is a large common area that includes two pools and a Jacuzzi. They are clean and well maintained. The Layout is Courtyard Style. The one way street travels a big square. Parking is on one side of the street only.

Pull out couch, fridge, microwave, two burner hot top, coffee maker, tile floors, concrete walls, hardwood cabinets in kitchen and bath, solid wood tabletop kitchen table, queen size bed and night stands. Divers enjoy the reefs and exotic fish. Besides surfing and swimming you can horseback ride on the beach or in the mountains, go on a canopy tour or visit a butterfly farm. The Jaco area boasts of some of the best deep see fishing with record breaking catch's of marlin, tuna and sailfish. There are real estate services, supermarkets, internet cafes and pharmacies. Other professional services include doctors, dentists and lawyers. Located between two of Costa Rica's most famous national parks, Manuel Antonio and Carara Biological reserve.

Just to emphasize the perfect location of Paradise, when you leave your condo you are on the main street of Jaco, one block to the Ocean and just 2 blocks to the center of downtown Jaco Beach, excellent restaurants, banks, shopping, supermarkets, drug stores-everything just a short walk away. From Paradise to anywhere in town is a $1 cab fare.
