Located in SW Cape Coral on beautiful Mohave Lake. You can relax, lounge on the patio and enjoy the breathtaking sunsets on the water each evening. We're close to Cape Harbor, Tarpon Point, and Rum Runners.

This 2100+ square foot home includes 3 bedrooms, den, 2 baths,gourmet style kitchen, dining room, fireplace and great room for entertaining or just relaxing. The kitchen features custom made, contemporary cabinets- reminiscent of the beach. There's plenty of room to gather at the large center island. Or you can relax, eat or just visit at the table in the kitchen nook- just open up the double french doors and watch the activity in the pool and on the lake.

You have great views of the pool and water from anywhere in the kitchen, and the skylight in the cathedral ceiling keeps everything bright but cool. The appliances are stainless GE-profile- perfect for the gormet chef or daily food preparation. The master bedroom features 'Tommy Bahama' style furniture and a large walk-in closet. The master bathroom features a large deluxe shower with access to the pool area. You can even relax in the whirlpool soaking tub.

We are proud to offer a CHILD-FRIENDLY POOL AREA- with removable security fence. This easy to remove fence protects small children from accessing the water, while being easy for adults to remove.

You can fish off the dock for freshwater fish. We have some rods and reels at the home as well as a basic tackle box with artificial bait, and deck chairs. We also have a few children's bikes available for use. If you have small children, we have a collapsible play pen, and baby feeding chair that attaches to the kitchen chairs.

The extra large solar heated pool, and screen area overlooks the lake where you can fish on the dock. This home features an oversized 32' solar heated pool. We have installed 125% of the required solar panels, so that the water will be as warm as possible on cooler days. Designed for adults as well as children, the pool even has a swimout seating area that will message you with air jets if you want. To make your swimming activities even more enjoyable, the pool uses the exclusive 'pebbletech' interior pool finish found in the most expensive pools in the world. We even provide an assortment of pool toys and floats.

When evening comes you can relax and watch the sunsets as you listen to the water cascade over the decorative waterfall in the pool area. You can even cook your catch on the gas grill that is provided, and enjoy the warm Florida evenings by dining outside.

Our sleeping accommodations include a King sized bed in the master bedroom, a Queen in bedroom #2, and (2) twin beds in bedroom #3.

If you need to get some work done while your away, our fully functional office will be all you need to keep connected. It includes a recent model computer, high-speed cable internet access, and an HP all-in-one for printing,faxes and copies. And yes we can show you how you can use our computer to access your home computer, or your office computer. Can you believe it- getting your daily work done while relaxing in sunny Florida! RSW airport has expanded, and offers the business traveler inexpensive and frequent flights to all destinations. The airport is just 30 hassle-free minutes away in nearby Fort Myers.
