!! AMAZING LOCATION AND BEAUTIIFULLY APPOINTED !! We loved this condo for its location! It's just steps from the trendy and beautiful Mamita's Beach and the shops and restaurants of 5th Avenue, but located so you don't get the noise or traffic of other condos in the area. The building itself is very modern and secure - there was always a guard at the door and he always remembered us and greeted us with a smile. The bedding, towels and other amenities rivaled those in 5-Star hotels. We had what seemed like an endless supply of soft, oversized towels for the beach and the rooftop patio was a perfect getaway from the sand and a nap or to host a BBQ. The hot tub was exactly what we needed at night! The kitchen had the space and every utensil we needed to cook gourmet meals and there were plenty of shops nearby - including a fantastic wine/liquor store and a convenience store for the late night snacks. The two full bathrooms in each bedroom were fantastic and the showers were plenty powerful enough to wash the sand off at the end of each day. We had 4 people and never ran out of hot water. The closets were huge and held everyone’s clothes and kept all our luggage out of the way. It was also very handy to have a laundry room with washer and dryer so we could wash towels and swimsuits. It rained non-stop one of the days we visited and we were so glad to have the LCD flat screen TV with its surround sound system available to watch movies. We had brought some of our own DVDs, but they had a bunch there as well. We also liked being able to easily plug our iPod into the stereo provided – it rocked! The owner/manager, Brooke, was super-friendly and easy to deal with and even provided us with a cell phone to use for local calls. She recommended a ton of good restaurants- so many that we weren’t able to get to them all. We are definitely heading back as soon as possible and staying in Casa de Belleza again!
