A Master Card or Visa will be held on file to guarantee your reservation and for any additional cleaning fees or damages charged to the unit upon your departure.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation must be in writing thirty (30) days prior to your arrival date in order to receive a Security deposit and/or Rental payment refund.When the reservation is cancelled less than thirty (30) days of arrival, and Four Winds is unable to re-rent the condominium for an equivalent amount of time and comparable rental, the advance reservation payment and deposit shall be forfeited.
There is a 6% State Sales Tax and a 3% Local Tax on the rental rates and 6% State Sales Tax on the cleaning fees.
