Deposits
A Master Card, Discover or Visa will be held on file to guarantee your reservation and for any additional cleaning fees or damages charged to the unit upon your departure.
Cancellation
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation must be in writing thirty (30) days prior to your arrival date in order to receive a Security deposit and/or Rental payment refund.When the reservation is cancelled less than thirty (30) days of arrival, and Four Winds is unable to re-rent the condominium for an equivalent amount of time and comparable rental, the advance reservation payment and deposit shall be forfeited.
& Taxes
There is a 10%State and Local tax on cleaning, rental and processing fee. There is a $40.00 Processing Fee on each reservation.
