Juschillin Too' - Our 4 bed 3 bath villa can sleep 10 and is situated 20 minutes from Disney, 30 minutes from Sea World. There are 25 golf courses within 20 minutes drive.

The interior has been professionally designed and furnished by a well regarded local company. It has over 2107 sq ft of air conditioned accommodation with a large kitchen/nook, lounge/dining area with Cable TV, PlayStation 2 with many games, Telephone, PC & wireless Internet and DVD with numerous children's DVDs.

The garage has been converted into a carpeted games room with a 7ft pool table, Table Soccer, Darts and other games. Out all day at the parks…come back and relax on our pool deck alongside the 12 x 26 foot heated pool.

Eating in Florida is a great experience. Many excellent restaurants are located within a short distance as is the added convenience of large supermarkets within 10 minutes drive.

Have children, fancy a BBQ? No problem we have a cot/playpen (crib) and a buggy (stroller) available free of charge; BBQ equipment can be supplied for a small additional charge.

Fancy a game of golf. No problem you are spoilt for choice with 25 golf courses within 20 minutes drive. Don't wanna play golf all the amusement parks are close to hand, Disney is 20 minutes away, Sea world 30 minutes away, shop till you drop 15 minutes away: yet the villa is in one of the quietest developments set in an country location that is not overlooked.

Heated Pool & Large Pool Deck


The large SW facing heated pool has underwater lighting so sit back and relax with a glass in your hand. Sunsets are spectacular. Complete with luxury patio furniture, table and chairs for 4: perfect to start or end the day with a family meal. The whole area is covered to keep away the insects. For the all important safety of our little ones the pool is surrounded by a Florida state law removable safety pool fence & the patio door can be double locked. To ensure your comfort and safety the pool is serviced weekly to keep it in excellent condition


Games Room

A fully fitted games room in the garage. Carpeted throughout with a 7ft Pool table, Table Soccer, Electronic Dartboard, Carpet drafts and some card games.


Combined Living Room, Lounge & Office facilities


Carpeted throughout & complete with 2 & 3 seater settees (3 seater drops down to a double bed), centre coffee table with 2 side stands and lamps.

The glass dining table seats 6 comfortably (8 if needed) and comes with a luxury set of dining equipment.

An office hot desk is provided for your use with a Cable Broadband connected PC, Windows XP, Microsoft Works and other software. A printer is also supplied for your convenience. Have a wireless laptop? No problem we have wireless access.

A number of classic UK DVDs are provided that will work on the PC.

Leading off from the lounge/dining room is a well appointed kitchen with a large oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, coffee grinder, kettle, dish washer, and other electrical items. With a large larder and plenty of storage space there is also cutlery, china and glassware & a number of pots & pans. Seating for 4 is also available at the glass kitchen dining table.
