Located in the Desert Princess Country Club in Cathedral City, you are only five minutes from the airport and ten minutes from downtown Palm Springs. The Desert Princess features 27 holes of championship golf, tennis courts, restaurant, gated security, as well as many other wonderful amenities. The villa is located just 50 feet from one of many pools and jacuzzis.

The villa itself is absolutely beautiful. This is not just a big hotel room with a kitchen, it's a 3 bedroom home that you can enjoy while you're visiting Palm Springs. This was once a couple's residence and still has most of the same furniture and appliances that they had. The interior is decorated in a wonderfully fashionable Safari theme. The three bedrooms all have extremely soft queen beds that will make you want to sleep-in every morning. There is plenty of drawer and closet space for the entire family. With cable in all bedrooms, there is a TV/VCR combo that 'floats' between the two guest bedrooms and a wall hung LCD in the master bedroom with it's own DVD and VCR. Freee long distance phone calls and Wi-Fi are also available. Two of the three bedrooms have sliding glass doors overlooking the lanai, and the bathrooms are amazing. The guest bath with it's skylight is beautiful, and the master bath with mirrored closets, swan fixtures, and walk-in shower is incredible. There is even a washer and dryer right outside the guest bathroom for your convenience.

The spacious living room and dining room are enhanced by mirrored walls and exquisite decorations. With mood lighting, a panoramic view of the mountains and a pond with a gorgeous fountain right outside the sliding glass door, this living room can be extremely romantic. And the surround-sound (complete with subwoofer), large TV, DVD player, VCR, and wood shades to keep the light out makes this one well-equipped entertainment room. The kitchen is well equipped so you can make as many meals at home as you'd like. Add the large gas grill outside and you won't even need to go out for dinner. . . though Palm Springs has many five-star restaurants.

Of course, the lanai is also furnished to enjoy your lazy days in the desert.
