This Beach House and Studio Cottage w/Hot Tub is just 70 footsteps from the best sandy beach in Santa Cruz. The house has 2 bedrooms and a fireplace, w/fully equipped kitchen and dining for eight. The studio adds a queen bedroom w/kitchenette and marble shower/bathroom. The property has a brick garden patio in front, w/ocean view, and in back, w/hot tub, patio set, hot/cold outdoor shower, lounge chairs, and gas BBq w/supplies. It is all perfectly located, near Twin Lakes Beach (Bonfire Beach) and the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor. The boardwalk and S.C. Pier are just a 10 minute walk.
