The villa has a large well equipped kitchen with American style fridge/freezer with ice & water dispenser, cooker, dishwasher, microwave oven and coffee maker.There are two dining areas, one within the kitchen and a formal dining areaThe lounge has two sofas, a TV/VCR &DVD. There are 2 sets of patio doors, one overlooking the pool and lake, the other giving access to the lanai , a covered area perfect for al fresco dining. To complete the ground floor layout, there is a utility room with washing machine and dryer, iron and ironingboard Adjacent to this is the downstairs cloakroom + access to the garage Outside, the villa boasts a good sized fully screened swimming pool. The pool can be heated if required at an additional cost. In general terms, pool heat is not normally required in the summer months but is available all year round.

We can accept US Dollar checks or UK pound Cheques. The cost of our villa is in UK Pounds and is per week. We have 2 prices, one for low season, one for high seasonHigh season starts Easter week and ends 31st.October. Christmas & New Year are also high season weeksHigh season per week £350Low season per week £295
An initial 25% deposit is required to confirm bookings Balance to be paid in full 8 weeks prior to arrival The initial 25% deposit is non-refundable

We do recommend that you take out insurance to the USA. Medical costs in the USA are very high and without proof of insurance, hospitals and doctors may refuse treatment
