Big Sur private cabin retreats Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
PRICES Two night minimum (one night ok if available within 5 days of requested date.) Prefer no children under eight. More than four people only by arrangement and added charge. Only reserved guests allowed on site. No drop-ins unless pre-arranged----------------------------DRIFTWOOD CABIN $250 per night (two people) $300 per night (four people)-------------SAND PIPER CABIN$350 per night (four people). Kept vacant unless rented with Driftwood. $25 per additional guest with a maximum of 6 people.-------------CHARLIE CABIN $200 per night
NO SMOKING IN THE CABINS OR OUTSIDE
Fully refundable cleaning and damage deposit required.
Cancellation Policy: If outside 30 days, full refund less 10%. Inside 30 days, full refund less 10% only if reserved dates are subsequently rented.
County tax of 10%. Also required is a cleaning and damage deposit of $100 per cabin., which is fully refundable when the cabin is left tidy and decent and there is no damage, (adhere to the provided check-out instructions). Cleaning, straightening, putaways, garbage removal will be charged at $25 per hour.
