A rustic setting, but very comfortable and aesthetic accommodations. Quiet and peaceful, ... just 1/2 mile off Highway 1 up a dirt and gravel country road in the north/central Big Sur Valley.

The cabins were designed and built with our use in mind. Thus, special attention to detail. Fireplaces, wood plank floors, hot tubs, indoor and outdoor showers. Driftwood and Sandpiper which share an extensive deck and a large hot tub, rent either separately or together. If Driftwood alone is rented, Sandpiper remains vacant. Charlie Cabin, which has its own extensive deck and private hot tub, is for 1 or 2 people only.

TWO CABINS ON FIVE PRIVATE ACRES. JUST A FEW MINUTES FROM HIGHWAY 1 UP AN UNPAVED COUNTRY ROAD, AND JUST A FEW MINUTES WALK TO THE RIVER INN STORE AND RESTAURANT OR TO ENJOY THE BIG SUR RIVER. SHORT DRIVE TO BEACHES. BOTH CABINS ARE CUSTOM DESIGN, AND HAVE UNIQUE CHARACTER, WITH A COMBINATION OF OLD AND NEW MATERIALS TO PROVIDE A SPECIAL AMBIANCE. EACH IS FULLY FURNISHED AND EQUIPPED.

Cancellation
Cancellation Policy: If outside 30 days, full refund less 10%. Inside 30 days, full refund less 10% only if reserved dates are subsequently rented.

& Taxes
County tax of 10%. Also required is a cleaning and damage deposit of $200 per cabin., which is fully refundable when the cabin is left tidy and decent and there is no damage, (adhere to the provided check-out instructions). Cleaning, straightening, putaways, garbage removal will be charged at $25 per hour.
