I accept half to reserve your dates. $200 security deposit for the first time renter to be refunded in 10 days as long as there is no damage or smoking in the house.
I will fully refund your money if I can find another renter to take that time period. I will refund what is obtained for that week which may not be the same price as you rented but will try and get the same amount and refund you your full amount. If no renter can be found, I will credit you for another later stay at the house or any of my other three.
