This Park City vacation condo is on the third floor of an elevator building, so you will not be bothered by noise from upstairs neighbors! We have a large, open kitchen with modern appliances and a gas range and all the amenities of a home away from home including new pots and pans. There is plenty of room for your entire family as the dining room table seats 6 and the bar seats 4. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit so you can pack light and leave room in your suitcase for purchases from the Tanger outlets right next door!
There is a high-speed wireless or ethernet internet connection, a printer, four TVs (two DVD's and two VHS). Another great feature is heated underground parking with elevator, which makes it handicap accessible, as well as convenient to get back and forth in any weather without a coat. There is also a large secure storage room, right in front of the parking space, to store your ski or sporting equipment.
After a long day of skiing, hiking, golfing, or walking around town, you will look forward to coming back home to take a quick dip in one of four hot tubs or heated swimming pool or relax on the deck and enjoy the views. When feeling more adventurous, you are just three minutes away from many restaurants, outlet shopping and a large multiplex movie theater.
This Park City vacation rental unit is also air conditioning for the summer months (many places in Park City aren't), as well as a gas fireplace for the winter months.
A covered outdoor hot tub is just steps from our Park City building. If you like to work out, there is a fitness center in the Club house - just a few more steps from our building. For the chef in the family, there are three grocery stores within 3 minutes (Smith's, Albertson's or Wild Oats) to choose from.
Park City is the perfect place to vacation in the summer or winter. At the Olympic Park, you can take a summer bobsled ride on 'The Comet', ride the zipline or the alpine slide. For the less adventurous, you can sit back and watch Olympic hopefuls put on a freestyle aerial show. We're happy to provide you with more resources to plan your trip-just ask!
Easily accessible from Salt Lake City airport, only 30 minutes away! Just a quick drive to historic Main Street, and we are only a five minute drive to The Canyons Resort, 10 minutes to Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley--all three are serviced by a free shuttle bus that stops down the street from our building. Snowbird, Alta, Solitude and Brighton are a quick, easy and beautiful drive to the other side of the mountain.
