The unit is situated in one corner of the building, with a great view of the swimming pool/hot tub complex. Tastefully furnished, the unit boasts vaulted ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace. This property is fully stocked with necessary cooking and dining utensils and linens.

The Clubhouse is located at the end of the cul-de-sac. There are 2 outdoor 20 man hot-tubs and a full length outdoor pool. The hot-tubs are the largest in Breckenridge. There is a locker room and shower inside as well as 2 indoor hot-tubs. An attendant is there to service you if you have any questions. No towels are provided at the clubhouse so don't forget to bring them with you and return them to your room.
