These are new Mayan styled condominiums, just completed in July 2001. The premises are kept squeaky clean, and are safe and secure (gated with 24/7 security). You are just about 10 minutes from downtown Puerto Vallarta with its restaurants and shopping. But best of all, you don't have to leave the area, as there is also a new air conditioned shopping complex, Paradise Plaza, located adjacent to the condos across the marina. Take the water taxi, or taxi service is available. The Plaza includes a grocery store, internet coffee cafes, delis, and a variety of fine restaurants. You may also choose to visit the Dolphin Adventure, Sierra Madre Excursions, Buses into downtown Puerto Vallarta. Boat trips, scuba diving, bird watching and whale watching, and snorkeling. A wonderful sandy beach is a short walk away.

A gorgeous condo in a luxurious setting. We thoroughly enjoyed our week. Convenience store around the corner is very handy. Take the bus into town for less than $3US.

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It was very roomy, well furnished, and very clean. The staff and other guests and owners were very helpful and pleasant. It was close enough to town and activities yet quiet. We will be back and have already referred this condo to a friend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was clean, and close to everything. The kids enjoyed the activities at the Paradise Village resort. We walked to the Dolphin Adventure and had a great day there too. A week wasn't enough!! We will definitely be coming back.
