Three Cute seasonal 2-bedroom, one-bathroom, cottages are part of Twin Points Condo Association featuring private beach on Southwest Hamlin Lake. Rentals are fully furnished. All bed linens, bath and kitchen towels are provided. Bed quantity and configuration varies between cottages. See picture descriptions for more information. A covered boat slip is available on site. Ludington, Michigan provides fun and relaxation for folks of all ages. Hamlin Lake is an all sport lake surrounded at the North by beautiful state land, the Ludington State Park and the Nordhouse Sand Dunes. Beautiful sandy bottom with clear water for swimming. Fishing is great for large and small mouth bass, walleye, pike, muskiies, perch, rock bass, crappie, blue gill (to name a few). You can fish off our doc, wade in or float in our bay for close fishing. Foot access to Seargant's Pond and the Nordhouse Dunes is one block away right across Piney Ridge Road. It has carry in boat access for fishing in clear, clean water, surrounded by sand dunes for climbing and swimming areas. Miles of Lake Michigan open beaches and dunes are one mile away and extend North to the Ludington State Campground. Downtown Ludington is just 3 miles away. Biking, hiking, kayaking and canoeing. There are multiple great golf courses within minutes from this Ludington vacation rental. Lake Michigan and Hamlin Lake are well known for superior fishing. Michigan's Adventure Amusement and Water Park less than one hour away in Muskegon. A skate park was built next to the City Beach (Stern's Park) which opened July 2008.

We were pleasantly surprised. The Eagle cottage was perfect for two couples. Super clean and comfortable. The Nebus' are wonderful people that care about their rentals and renters. Going back next year for a week instead of just three days.

We have been coming to this resort for the past 7 years and just love this place. My 10 year old son has many great memories playing on the beach and fishing his little brains out. The Nebus' are wonderful and take pride in their resort by keeping it clean and updated. Way to go Chuck and Roberta!
