This is a tranquil waterfront community with 24-hour guarded access, and is perfect for families.

Our condominium is NON-SMOKING and has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, and can sleep six comfortably (plus room for kids on the floor!). According to association rules, MINIMUM RENTAL AT THE CORONADO CAYS IS ONE MONTH. DAILY OR WEEKLY RENTALS ARE NOT PERMITTED.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed; second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the office area has a queen hide-a-bed. The condominium also features three TVs, DVD and CD player, and high-speed wireless internet. Children are welcome; however, please note that our unit is NOT child-proofed for toddlers. There is covered off-street parking, and our neighborhood has its own heated swimming pool and hot tub, which can be accessed using resident keys only. On-site features at the pool include bathroom facilities, outdoor shower and a clubhouse.

Located a few blocks from Silver Strand State Beach or a five-minute drive to the famous Hotel Del Coronado and the beaches fronting it, Coronado Cays offers a perfect quiet getaway. With weather averaging 74 degrees virtually year round, San Diego has it all: SeaWorld, the famous San Diego Zoo, great shopping at Horton Plaza and Seaport Village just 10 minutes away, 35 minutes to Tijuana, Mexico, the new Petco Park baseball stadium downtown, Balboa Park, 30 minutes to La Jolla or the Wild Animal Park. Just a 15 minute drive from the airport, Coronado is the best kept secret in San Diego!

Monthly charge is due one week prior to the start of the rental period. $3,000 security deposit will be returned at the end of the rental period after inspection of the property, not to exceed 14 days from the end of the rental period.
