The Villa
Hall and EntranceThe front entrance is on street level with the front door leading into the upper floor living area.The door is fitted with double lock for your security and piece of mind. Living and Dining AreaOff the hall the living area has a comfortable sitting area with leather suite, flat screen TV with DVD and Sky for all the free to air programs from the UK.
The dining area has an expanding table with seating for six people.
Two sets of double glass doors lead onto the upper terrace, this gives the lounge a bright southerly view of the Mediterranean. The terrace is ideal for eating outside or having a leisurely drink under the stars.
KitchenThe Kitchen is adjacent to the hall and comes complete with hob, oven and grill, microwave and fridge freezer.The kitchen comes fully equipped with pots and pans, cooking utensils and everything you would require to cook at home
ToiletAn upstairs toilet with wash hand basin is situated next to the kitchen area.
StairsThe marble staircase leads down to the three bedrooms and bathroom, and then down again to the lower terrace and pool area.
Master Bedroom with En-suite BathroomThe Master Bedroom comes with double bed, two side tables with lamps, dresser and built-in wardrobes.The en-suit bathroom is fitted with a shower, sink and toilet. A radio alarm and hair dryer are supplied.
Second BedroomThe second bedroom has a double bed, two side tables and large built-in wardrobe.
Third BedroomBedroom three has two single beds, side table with lamp and built-in wardrobes.
Bathroom & ToiletThe main bathroom and toilet has a bath with a shower.
Terrace & PoolAt the bottom of the staircase the rear door leads to the pool terrace. The terrace has a table with parasol and chairs and two sun beds for private sunbathing by the pool. The terrace has a shower for hot days.The pool is shallow enough for children and deep enough for adults to have a good exhilarating swim. Also included is a Barbeque, beach chairs and parasols. Pool Storage and Laundry Room The Laundry room is fitted with a modern washing machine with drying facilities on the clothesline on the terrace
This room also has a small fridge freezer to keep the beer cold while you sun yourself by the pool. All bedding, bath and hand towels, and t-towels are provided. Replacement linen and towels can be arranged for longer than one weeks occupation.
Towels for the pool and beech are not supplied.

Car parking space is set next to the villa, and cars can be safely parked on the road outside the villa.
