The lounge is spacious and has Satellite TV (which has all of the English channels) and a CD player. There is a large balcony where you can watch the sun go down over the mountains whilst enjoying a glass of wine. The spiral staircase leads up to the solarium which has an excellent view out over the countryside. Ceiling fans and window shutters are fitted throughout and the large patio door in the lounge means the apartment stays cool even in the height of summer. The large communal swimming pool (open May to mid Sept) is set within a purpose built garden making it the ideal place to relax in the sun.

The apartment is situated on the edge of the town of Rojales which lies 10 kilometers inland from Guardamar and 15 kilometers from Torrevieja. There are mountain views from the lounge,balcony and solarium and the property borders a farm. Rojales is a small town with a real Spanish feel to it. There are bars,clubs, restaurants, supermarkets and a variety of shops as well as a weekly market. The Rio Segura runs through the middle of the town and has a footpath which leads to the coastal resort of Guardamar where you will find one of the nicest beaches on the Costa Blanca. The nearby salt lagoons of Torrevieja are home to a host of wildlife including Flamingos. There are 5 golf coures within a 25min drive ,the nearest one being just a 2 minute drive away making this an ideal location for golfers.
