The sunken living room looks directly out the large glass sliders to the balcony and sea beyond. The glass doors slide completely into the wall expanding the space. The silent air conditioning adds a cool breeze to your balmy repose. Just add music from the CD/MP3 player (some discs provided) and you will have an unforgettable sunset cocktail hour.
The kitchen has granite counters and stainless accents will remind you of home. Heavy stainless pans, quality flatware and high-grade appliances differentiate this condo from more pedestrian lodging.
Feel at home on soft queen size beds, imported 600 thread count sheeting, and Sealy pillows. The spa bathroom is outfitted in marble and tumbled limestone features a shower and vessel sink, but no tub. We have supplied the bath with imported thick spa toweling, a hairdryer, luxurious robes, and an array of soaps and shampoos.
The cable TV receives a wide variety of programs including free premium movie channels and a Resort Channel to familiarize you with the property. We've supplied an assortment of discs for the DVD/VCR. The phone is tied into the Holiday Inn switchboard allowing you to order room service or the front desk/concierge, and charge phone calls to your room. Cell phone coverage is also excellent.
Centrally located in the Hotel Zone you can walk to the massive Gigante shopping mall, movie theaters, night clubs, restaurants, and grocery store. There is easy access into old town by a convenient bus stop or taxi at your front door.

Extra maid service available for $25.00 per visit. A minimum stay is generally 7 nights, however some exceptions may be arranged upon a limited basis, please inquire. Deposits are 50% of the total rental amount to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival with the exception of reservations made for special holidays which require full payment to be received 60 days prior to arrival.
