Description

The Knowles House is refreshingly different from other Key West Guesthouses, this charming, restored, and elegantly furnished, mid-1800s conch house centrally located in a handsome residential historic district of Key West is only five blocks from Duval Street. Staying at our guesthouse is more like staying in a friend's home than in a commercial guest house.

We have 8 rooms at the Inn and sleep 19 people max. We do rent to large parties who want the entire Inn.

The knowles house is the closest Inn to both the Fort Myers ferry and the Miami Ferry. Our packages are a great value for those who wish to experience the true Key West. We have on site owners and great concierge service. We are walking distance to all attractions and restaurants

Deposits

A deposit equal to the cost of one-third of your stay or one night, whichever is greater, is required to guarantee a reservation. Deposits of 50% may be required for holiday periods and special events. The balance is due upon arrival. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. Personal checks accepted only for advance reservations.

Cancellation & Return Policy

Deposits will be refunded only if notice of cancellation is received a minimum of 21 days, up to 90 days for holiday periods and special events, prior to arrival. A $25.00 cancellation charge will be deducted from any returned deposit. Cancellation fees of up to $100 per room may apply to holiday periods and special events
