LOCATION The apartment is located on Av. Cozumel entre calles 28 y 32 norte, only 80 meters from the famous Playa Mamitas and one block from la Quinta Avenida.

RULES No pets are allowed in the building.

The apartment sleeps a maximum of five people.

RENT AND DEPOSIT The apartment rents per week or month. The rent and deposit depends on length of stay and the season. There are three seasons: Low season: May 1st to December 18th High season: December 19th to January 5th Mid season: January 6th to April 30th
