Cancellation
90 days written notice of cancellation REQUIRED for a full refund of the 50% of total already paid by renter. Owner and rental management reserve the right to alter refund based on certain circumstances that might apply at time cancellation is made known.

** This fee includes standard cleaning of condo, bed linens and reasonable amount of towels. NO MORE than two (4 guests) to four (6 guests) baskets of laundry. Additional laundry charge could be assessed if excessive amount is left upon departure.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
$500.00 security/damage hold placed on credit card at check in. Charge will not be processed provided condo is left in pristine condition (the condition in which you find the condo). Owner reserves the right to charge credit card in accordance with the condo failing check-out inspection.

RATE QUOTE IS FOR UP to 4 PERSON OCCUPANCY (6 person maximum - no exceptions due to size and comfort level of condo)
$25.00 per person, per day charge for additional guests (maximum 2 extra people in party).
This charge is NOT waived for children.
