A 50% deposit and signed rental agreement (to be e-mailed to renter upon reservation) is required within 10 days from booking to secure the rental. This deposit is 100% refundable up to 90 days prior to Rental Date. Balance 50% is due 90 days prior to Rental Date. NOTE: full payment for Christmas and New Years’ weeks is due 180 days prior to Rental Date.
