You will be centrally located so that you can enjoy all that Tulum offers. Uolis Nah is only a 5 minute drive to the beach, the Mayan ruins and Gran Cenote. At walking distance you can find the supermarket, bank, internet, car hire, pharmacy and a short walk from there you'll be at the beginning of Tulum's main avenue with its various restaurants and shops.
For those who intend renting a car it's the strategic spot to start your trips to Playa del Carmen (40mins), Coba ruins (25mins), the Sian Kaan biosphere nature reserve (30mins), and Punta Allen (3hours).
Uolis Nah offers a special discount to guests with 10% off on all kiteboarding and diving activities. It is a perfect place to stay while you do a course with Extreme Control Kiteboarding and Diving School. We also offer a wide array of tours such as our special Whale Shark tour, snorkeling and fishing trips.

There is an unlimited amount of activities near and around Tulum. It is well known for the Mayan ruins in Tulum, Coba, Chechen Itza and Ek Balam. There are world famous cenotes where you can snorkel or dive in the fabulous caverns that surround Tulum. There is excellent ocean diving being on the second largest barrier reef in the world. Don't forget Tulum is one of the best places to learn Kiteboarding. Extreme Control offers all levels of classes to learn kiteboarding and diving. The Sian Kaan Biosphere Reserve is a short drive away where you can go on boating excusions, kayaking, bicycling, wildlife vewing and fishing trips. Cancellation PolicyClients are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect their vacation investment. In the event that you have to cancel your reservation you have two choices:1) You may take a credit for the reservation which is valid for one year from the cancellation date. A $50 rebooking fee applies.2) You forfeit one half of the paid deposit. There will be no refunds or credits issued for Holiday Reservations, which include U.S. Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and Easter. There are no refunds or credits issued for early checkouts. We do not issue refunds for flight cancellations, due to any circumstances.There are no refunds issued due to bad weather or hurricanes; including any inconvenience or complication caused by a hurricane's direct hit, near miss, or significant threat of a hurricane strike. Hurricanes are by nature unpredictable and an act of God.
Change FeesIn the event you need to change your reservation by canceling nights, we will give you an 80% credit on the room reservation IF rebooked. If not, you will be charged the full amount of the room.

Please notify us if you are scheduled to arrive after 8pm.Travel Insurance is highly recommended!
