The Casa Grande at Tropical Evergreens in Soliman Bay is a beautiful beach house with an open split-level first floor, and a stairway to a bedroom above, full bath and sleeping den. On the first floor there is a king-size bed and bathroom just a couple of steps higher than the main living area. The Casita at Tropical Evergreens has a living area, fully stocked kitchen with bar seating for four; queen size bedroom and full bath. A private, outside stairway leads upstairs to a large open deck, bedroom with 2 twin beds (can be converted to one king), and full bath. The entire unit may be rented for a party of 4, or just the downstairs for a party of 2. There is a stereo system with CDs for your entertainment. Please see the itemized amenities lists.
A short path from both houses leads to the beach where a thatched palapa makes shade for hammocks and beach chairs. Kayaking and snorkeling in the bay is excellent, right out the front door! Coffee or tea at sunrise is a must!
Tropical Evergreens does have regular electric power, being one of the first homes on the bay to be hooked-up by the local utility company in January 2001.
