Young Adults 18-24 years of age must have a chaperone over 35 years old. Deposits
*We have a three night minimum during our low season. Some nightly rates available - please call.
During our high season we require Saturday to Saturday stays.
We require a 20% deposit to confrim a rental.
Rentals are not considered confirmed until a deposit is received.
Cancellation
We have a 60 day cancellation policy for all reservations. Reservations cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival date will forfeit rental deposit. All cancelled reservations will incur a $75 cancellation fee.
& Taxes
Total 11%
Rentals (if available):
Pac-n-Play Crib & High Chair Rental $6.00/day or $35.00/week (if available).
Damage to Property could result in extra charges.
Smoking is not permitted in any area of our resort. If caught smoking anywhere on the property, you will be asked to leave and the rental payment will not be refunded. Also, a fee of $250. could be charged to clear smoke odor.

These units are beautifully decorated with top of the line furnishings. The resort is located on the north end of the island where it is very peaceful & quiet yet a very short walk to Times Square. The pool is beautiful and the beach is clean. The on-site management was extremely helpful and very friendly. You will not want for anything. We have stayed at many resorts and homes on Fort Myers Beach and this is our favorite by far. You will not be disappointed!!!

This place is awesome! The room was very clean and spacious and had an amazing view. The staff was more than helpful and friendly and the management was so sweet. It is a husband and wife team and they are the sweetest people you will ever meet. The resort is centrally located so it is within walking distance of shops and restaurants. It is right on the beach with an amazing pool and work out facility. They also have a concierge service, which is awesome when you have kids!!! I would recommend this resort to anyone. I will be telling my friends and family!!!
