The living room, kitchen, and dining area of this Durango vacation home are located on the main level. Just off the kitchen is a large laundry room with storage, through which the garage can be accessed. On the other side of the kitchen is a door leading outside to the deck and hot tub. Conveniently outside the door is a heavy-duty gas grill with direct line hookup. A small half bath is just off the hall leading from the dining area to the master suite. This private suite has a king size bed, seating area, mountain views, TV, spacious changing and vanity area with sink, and steam shower.

Right at the top of the stairs is the large game room with billiard table, wet bar, and TV. One of the couches in the game room has a pull-out bed. The loft/office area is open to the living room below. Just off the loft is the smaller bedroom with a queen size bed. There is a full bath with a tub shower down the hall leading to the third bedroom. This larger bedroom with a queen size bed also has a TV and mountain views.
