The living room has comfortable seating and a great room for entertaining making this a clean, new, comfortable Daytona Beach vacation home to remember. Each bedroom can be closed off with its own bath creating two private retreats. With all the linen's provided and the kitchen having everything you need, all you need to do is bring your smile, clothes, and toothbrush for a great time!

The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, garbage disposal, fridge, microwave, and much more. Granite counter-tops, brand new tile floors and all the extras for cooking included. Dishes, appliances, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans.

To add to your comfort each bathroom has its own walk in shower and separate tub with the Master bath including a whirlpool tub in the master bath, upgraded vanities with marble counter-tops and plumbing fixtures.

The master bed of this Daytona Beach vacation condo has a television in the bedroom with a Large King Bed with a pillow top comforter and big plush comforter with two large closets. Large sliding glass door out to private balcony for master.

The second bedroom has two queen Serta Beds and with comforters and blankets for each with big plushy pillows and two large closets that lead to the guest bathroom. Large sliding glass door out to private balcony for guest as well.

The third sleep room is a trundle twin with pull out bed that pops out with full bedding and comfort.

You will be close to all the major Daytona Beach attractions (Speedway, Daytona USA, and Main Street), and only an hour or so away from Kennedy Space Center, Disney, Sea World, and Universal Studios. Additional photos are available through email.

Please note rental is at owners discretion and availability which means we refuse the right to rent to anyone under the age of 21. Owner can also refuse rental to parties of five or more at owners discretion.

All reservations are not guaranteed until owner receives full payment or amount indicated for reservation. If renter decides to cancel reservation or makes changes to their original reservation within a month of their initial arrival dates the renter jeopardizes forfeiting their rental amount and deposit if one has been made. If renter cannot abide by owners rules and regulations they also will forfeit their deposit. Cleaning fees (may apply) and taxes are non negotiable. (Min. Month Rental)
