The Master Bedroom of this Davenport vacation home has its own personal Full Size Bathroom with a Walk-in Closet, King Size Bed and a 19 inch Cable Color TV w/ VCR and DVD. The room has a Southern exposure to the Sun so every morning the sun comes beaming into the bedroom on the beautiful flora colors of Rose and White. All your linen, towels, pillows and covers are all ready for you.
Bedroom 1 is located across from the family room in front of the house. It has twin beds and a 13 inch Color Cable TV W/ DVD. These beds are large enough for one adult in each bed or two children. This room shares the full sizes bathroom with Bedroom 2. All your linen towels pillows and covers are all ready for you.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds and a 19 inch Color TV. These beds are large enough for one adult in each bed or two children. All your linen towels pillows and covers are all ready for you. Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 share the same bathroom.
The Family Room is right off the Kitchen Area. It has cable ready, TV, VCR, DVD Player, and a full view of the pool area. There is a single chair, love seat and sofa with a pull out full size bed.
The Kitchen has a dinning table that sits six people. This kitchen has a counter top that serves four people. A kitchen with everything you need to prepare food. There are two sided ice maker refrigerator, automatic dish washer and a gas stove.
The Pool of this Davenport vacation home is attached to the house with an extended deck for a party or cook out. This pool is screened in to help you enjoy the pleasure of being outside.
The Common Ground Area has a large Pool, Tennis Courts, Basketball Court, 400 Acre Lake and a 9 hole golf course.
The 400 Acre Lake is in the Common Ground Area. You may Jet Ski and Fish in this area, catch and release rule.

Within One Month from the date of your Arrival Date, your deposit will be returned with a 50% penalty plus a $30.00 administrative will be minus from your refund. Cancellation made after one month of your Arrival Date is ineligible for any reimbursement. Dates maybe switched within two (2) weeks of your arrival date. A $50.00 Administrative Fee will also be charged.
