Most of our Rome accommodations are either the homes of Romans who are away for an extended period, or an under-used pied-à-terre.

All are hand picked and are places where we would be happy to stay ourselves! As well as a description and photos of the property we try to give you a feel for the area, its attractions and amenities.

The minimum length of stay in most of our Rome rentals is 5 nights; most other agencies have a 7 night minimum.

All are close to a bus stop or métro station.

A car to meet you at the airport and take you to your apartment can be arranged on request - by far the easiest way to get into the city with lots of bags.

At your rental you'll be met by an English speaking representative who will show you in, tell you about the local area and answer any questions you may have.

All our rentals come with their own mini guide written in English and covering the neighbourhood shops, local transport, bars, restaurants and cafés. They also have a folder with brief notes on appliances, heating & hot water, security systems etc.

All our rentals are ready for immediate occupation with beds made up and towels put out, a weekly clean and change of towels and bed linen is included in the price, as is the end of stay cleaning and laundry; additional cleaning and servicing can be arranged on request.
