Welcome to our luxury villa, it is in the peaceful sub division of Crescent Lakes, Kissimmee Orlando. Our pool overlooks a lake where fishing is permitted. Just 20 Mins from Disney and loads of other attractions, there is an abundance of restaurants and shops on highway 192 where you could shop till you dropped if you wish! Very near by we have a Walmart where you can get your groceries on route to the Kissimmee vacation villa. It is very clean and fresh as we have painted early this year and refurnished, the kitchen, utility and both bathrooms have just been tiled so it's just like new throughout! We hope you will enjoy your stay!!

Kissimmee Villa Rentals Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
We accept Paypal there will be a 4% charge for using Paypal and Credit Cards with a 3% commission charge. Also direct transfer to either our American or English bank accounts, checks or Traveler checks.

£100/$100 deposit and full payment to be paid 10 weeks prior to departure, if there is less than 10 weeks to departure full payment will be required.
*** Security deposit of £150/$200 *** which will be refunded after management company confirm no damage.
When a cancellation is unavoidable we will endeavor to rebook the villa but if no booking is taken we will keep any deposit paid
