Yet, it is also a relaxing atmosphere that is welcoming to children and adults alike. This Belize vacation rental even offers complimentary bicycles, a canoe, board and children’s games, poker chips, cards, and swimming hole. Especially for the children, both big and small, are creative appointment , some interesting, some pretty some humorous, and some all three.
This waterfront Belize vacation rental is uniquely located on Placencia Village on a narrow a one-lot (140 ft) wide peninsula that itself is on a 1/4 mile-wide peninsula all of sandy beach soil. One of the house's best features is the location in quieter area of Placencia Village proper near shops, restaurants. The Caribbean 0.2 miles from the house. A rental car is not needed as everything is within walking distance. The home's Placencia Lagoon marina dock, off of which one can swim or fish, is just 20ft in front of the house.

Floor 1 ( Unit #1): A large 1st floor studio with living, dining, sleeping and kitchen areas, plus private bath. Simon's Sweet is named for it's simpler decor than the luxurious upper levels is 400 sq ft and can be rented separately or as an added 5th bedroom . Capacity Unit #1 rate - $60/night/2p
Floor 2: (Main): ( or Apt. 2) Large luxurious great room, 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom with large great room, gourmet kitchen , 1120 sq ft interior space. 800 sq feet of covered decks. Capacity : Unit #2 Peak season rate as an single apt. $ 900/wk/3p
Floor 3: ( or Apt #3) This floor offers spectacular views. It consists of 2 very large well appointed rooms and 2 well appointed baths ( one with tub). One is a 560 sq foot suite with bar/kitchenette and the other a large family bedroom. A sleeping loft is located on a partial four level. The third floor offer 4 decks which total 650 sq ft. Capacity 7 persons -Unit #3 rate - $950/3p/wk

50% upon reservation which is refundable minus $100 fee if cancellation notice is receive within 60 days prior to reservation date.
If cancellation occurs 60 days in advance, the deposit is fully refunded minus $100 cancellation fee. For one month rentals , deposits are only 50% refundable.
Rates listed are for 4 persons for the main 4 bedroom house . Additional persons are charged $70 or 10/day non-peak season and $100/wk or $15/day in peak season. Additional children 1/2 price. The optional 1st floor studio suite is a $175/wk extra or 375/ week/2persons when rented separately. 9% hotel tax. 3% service fee.
