The villa is fully furnished for the comfortable occupancy of eight people. It is a single storey structure which will easily accommodate disabled guests. The villa is fully air conditioned and no smoking for your comfort. It has a privately fenced north facing pool complete with sunbeds and patio furniture. The doors on to the pool area are all fitted with alarms for the safety of children. The living area is spaciously divided between lounge, kitchen and dining room and has airy cathedral ceilings. The dining room seats six and is located in front of the patio doors giving a relaxed view of the pool. There is also a breakfast area to the front of the house. The living room is cool and welcoming after a day at the parks and contains a 37 inch flat screen cable TV and DVD player.. The master bedroom contains a queen size bed and cable TV, the ensuite bathroom has a walk in shower with full bath. It also has a patio door opening to the pool. The second bedroom also contains a queen size bed and cable TV. The remaining two rooms have a double bed and two singles. The second bathroom also opens on to the pool area. All bedrooms are carpeted and the main living areas are fully tiled. there is also a cot and high chair for your use. The kitchen contains eerything you may need, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and all laundry facilities. There is also a games room which contains a pool table, air hockey and basketball and darts, both of which have electronic scoring. There is a telephone available with free local calls. The villa is looked after by a local management company, one of the very best, to ensure you have a comfortable problem free stay. All linens and towels are provided.
