Our two-storey 4 bed lakeside home is in Oak Island Harbor, one of the nearest vacation areas to Disney, about 1m South of Highway 192, in the Formosa Gardens neighbourhood. The rear of the house and pool area overlooks a large lake with a fountain - floodlit at night. Our home has recently been recarpeted throughout and we have added a 42 LCD TV and DVD in the lounge.The house has a large airy living area downstairs with a cathedral ceiling with a master bedroom overlooking the pool deck. This has a full size dressing room and ensuite (with double shower and jacuzzi bath) with a half bath near the laundry room and upstairs there are three bedrooms (two twin and one queen) serviced by a full bathroom. We have a PC with wireless Internet connectivity in the dining area downstairs and the garage has been converted into a Games Room with a Pool Table/Darts/Bicycles and Fishing gear. Fishing is available on the adjoining lake by the rear of the house. The 28 foot (heated if required) swimming pool also has a hot-tub/spa and there is a covered lanai with ceiling fan, complemented by a poolside bathroom with outside shower.
