Our two story Davenport vacation home is large enough for an extended family or even two families to share (sleeping up to 8) with just under 1,800 sq. ft. of fully air conditioned living space.

You'll be able to relax around our large 26'x13' pool with the additional benefit of a spa. The pool benefits from not being overlooked by any other properties and has a removable screen for the safety of young children. And for swimming in the evening, both pool and spa can be illuminated. But should the Florida sunshine become too much, you can either retire under the covered lanai with its cooling ceiling fan or go inside the Davenport villa where all the rooms are kept at a cool and constant temperature.

The Courtyard Villa contains four large bedrooms allowing up to 8 adults to sleep comfortably. Two of the bedrooms are master en-suites and two are twin rooms. If you still need to accommodate a couple more people, there is a Queen sized sofa bed located in the living room allowing for an additional two persons.

The ground-floor master suite has a King sized bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom complete with a huge walk-in shower with built-in seat, twin basins and a large vanity mirror. Additionally there is a hairdryer and clock radio, whilst storage space is no problem with a large walk-in closet. As a final touch of elegance the ground-floor master bedroom has its own doorway out onto the pool deck. For your convenience there is also a cloak room located on the ground floor of this Davenport vacation home.

The remaining three bedrooms are all upstairs. The second master suite has a similar specification to the first with the addition of a luxurious large corner bath tub plus large walk-in shower. Again storage will not be a problem as the room has its own large walk-in closet. Bedrooms three and four each contain two single beds. A built-in closet and drawers in bedroom three and a walk-in closet and additional drawers in bedroom four provides plenty of storage space in each room. Bedroom four also has the benefit of an additional television. Located conveniently next to bedrooms three and four is the homes third bathroom, complete with a bath / shower unit.

The garage of this Davenport vacation home has been converted into a games room with a pool table and foosball (table top football) sitting atop a carpeted floor.

Cancellation
In the event of your party needing to cancel, the following conditions will apply:

5 - 8 weeks prior to departure 50% of the total charge to offset the discount that we will need to re-book the property at short notice.

Any cancellation within the final 5 weeks will regrettably result in loss of the whole booking fee (not including the security deposit)

Stays of 5 nights or less will incur a cleaning fee of £50 or $90

We require a refundable security breakage deposit of £150 or $250 to be paid with your balance prior to travel. This deposit will be repaid to your party by cheque as soon as the management company has reported no damage and that you have returned the keys.
