Two of the three double rooms (room #1 and #2) are served by one bathroom with comfortable massage-shower, WC and wash-basins. The room #3 owns an individual bathroom with shower, WC and bidet. In the ground floor, there is room #4 as small apartment with own bathroom en suite (bathtub, shower and wash-basin), as well as the room #5 with big double bed and gaze over the pool. You may use the entire terrain freely, the kitchen, the living room, pantry, the outside-kitchen with big BBQ-Grill area together with refrigerator, pool-bar, generous sun - and shadow terrace and the pool. On the first floor, we have two big bedrooms with own bath. Sufficient parking places exist directly in front of the house.
NEW IN 2009: The villa can be rented also by small groups up to 6 persons with a limited number of sleeping rooms for the half price (!!!!). Approch to the Villa – with the Taxi, Bus or Rental Car:
- Taxi: The most simple way you enter a taxi at the airport Palma, and pay up to 15,-- Euro. The trip lasts not even ten minutes.
- Bus: At the airport, you climb into the blue bus with the number 1 and travel to the main train station Plaza Espana. There you change into the bus with the number 15 in direction El Arenal and get out at the stop Hotel Kontiki Playa . Then you walk approx. 200 m to our villa. The fare is approx. 2,50 Euro per person. We expressly do not recommend travelling with the bus (unpunctual, exhausting transfer, overcrowded buses and theft-danger).
- Rental car: You may rent a car at the airport in the parking, we recommend reservation over the Internet at www.email-car-hire.com or www.doyouspain.com. They are for many years the most advantageous car rental companies. Print yourself at home the approach plan from the airport to the villa (e. g. over www.map24.com). Conditions:All current overheads like power, gas, waste disposal, water, heating, pool-maintenance, air-conditioning cold/Warm, central-heating are included in the rent. High Speed Internet access ADSL 6 MB/sec. with several at the terrain positioned WLAN-routers as well as free telephone to your home country over our VOIP-website with your own laptop. The end cleaning will cost 200,-- Euro for the entire estate, 1.000,-- Euro will have to be deposited as security deposit.
If you choose a holiday insurance against damage you have to pay just 500 Euro security deposit for the house. The insurance costs 9,90 Euro per person of the group for all the stay.
