... house is a two story brick fronted with 2500 sq.ft. under air conditioning and a two car garage as well. Like many other Florida homes it is open plan with high vaulted ceilings in the main living areas. This Orlando vacation rental villa has four bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom with both shower and tub and all the bedrooms have walk-in closets. Downstairs you have the entrance hall with dining room to the right and living room to the left. Ahead you have the family room which has TV, Video and DVD and off this, the kitchen with breakfast nook. Also downstairs is the master bedroom with its queen sized bed, nineteen inch TV, en suite master bathroom with oversized shower and tub. Last but not least you have the laundry and garage. The laundry is equipped with full sized washer and dryer. Then outside you have the screened and heated pool which measures 30 feet by 15 feet and has a lanai which runs the full length of the back of the Orlando vacation rental house.
