Our property is located 1 mile from Main Street Lake Placid on a scenic Adirondack setting of over 2 acres. We have a variety of rooms ranging from 1 Queen size bed, 2 Double beds,to 2 Bedrooms suites. All rooms have Remote Control Color Cable TV, Air Conditioning/Heat, and Telephones.

We accept Cash, MasterCard and Visa for payment of any balance due at the time of check in.

Deposits

We require a deposit of 1 night's stay plus tax to be paid by MasterCard or Visa for each room reserved at the time a reservation is made.

Cancellation & Return Policy

Please call at least 14 days prior to your arrival date to receive a refund of your deposit minus an $11.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival date will result in the forfeit of all deposits. Please note: NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURE.
