The Lake Placid Whiteface cottages make for a perfect vacation spot year round, whether you want to ski, hike, paddle, swim or just relax on the deck or dock with a morning cup of coffee or evening beverage of your choice. All Lake Placid Whiteface vacation cottages have a cozy atmosphere with fireplaces and most have outdoor hot tubs.

Our featured Lake Placid Whiteface vacation cottage, Marcy, is the perfect setting for a lakeside romance. It comfortably accommodates two people.

This Charming and cozy cottage has one bedroom, one bath, spacious kitchen, living room, with fieldstone fireplace, dining area and deck overlooking lake and a private outdoor hot tub.

Deposits
A 50% deposit is required on reservations of 3 nights or more. Payment in full is required for reservations of less than 3 nights. A signed rental agreement with security deposit is required for parties of 6 or more, and/or reservations for entire accommodations (Inn, Gordon Cottage, Harbor Haven) and/or multiple accommodations.

Cancellation
A $50 cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations. Cancellations with less than 30 days notice (60 days for 6+ people) will not have their deposits refunded. Because of our small size, cancellations affect us greatly. A last minute cancellation gives us little opportunity to fill the void. Please realize there are no exceptions to this policy.
