BedroomHas wooden cathedral ceilings, double bed with night stands and lights, a desk, bookcase, two view windows and a walk-in closet with built in closet units. The one on the left is yours. Has a hotel safe large enough for most laptops. You set the combo. Sitting bench and mirror.

Dinning RoomSeats 6. Sideboard with native clay serving dishes and everything you need to set a colorful table. Three view windows and a fourth over the sideboard.
Living RoomSeats 9. Equipale furniture with many throw pillows. Double French doors with sidelights to the veranda. 32 LCD TV with all the ports, DVD/CD and surround sound. Fireplace. Two end tables and a coffee table. Table lamp bases by a local internationally acclaimed artist from Atzompa.
VerandaSeats 12. Our favorite room in the Oaxaca vacation house. Equipale table for six. Awesome views of the valley and the mountains. Great for morning coffee, lunch, dinner cocktail hour, bird watching, storm watching and of course sunset.

$200 deposit upon arrival paid to the manager and returned upon departure.
Full payment required to hold reservation. $50 cancellation fee until 90 days before arrival, 50% cancellation fee 31-90 days before arrival, 100% cancellation fee 30 days before arrival. Payment accepted by personal check. In the case of short notice you can pay in cash in Mexico in dollars, pesos or euros.
Includes one day/wk housekeeping. Extra housekeeping $30/day
